The 21 year old Kingston is in the intensive care unit, ICU, at the Jackson Memorial Hospital after he crashed his personal watercraft into a Miami Beach bridge last Sunday.
Authorities said he suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and doctors say they are still recovering water from his lungs.
Kingston’s spokesman, Joseph Carozza, says Sean Kingston is now stabilised and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU.
