CODRINGTON, Barbuda, Tuesday April 26, 2011 – Officials in Antigua’s sister isle are going ahead with plans to rename a beach after the late Princess Diana, choosing her 50th birthday as the date for the official name change.
The Barbuda Council has indicated that on July 1, it will name the shores alongside the former K-Club Hotel the Princess Diana Beach to honour her legacy and her spirit of humility and sophistication.
